While we are now allowing clients into our hospital on a limited basis, we are continuing to offer Curbside/Car-side service for any client who chooses this option for their pet's exam. In addition, technician appointments and food/prescription pick up visits continue to be Curbside only.
Car-Side “Concierge” Service: We continue offer “car-side” appointments, for clients that find this option more comfortable or convenient. Please call to schedule an appointment normally. When your pet comes in for their exam, please remain in your car and call our front desk. For exam appointments with the veterinarian, our receptionist will ask whether you prefer to be seen in the room or to be seen "curbside." For the time being technician appointments will continue to be seen "curbside" only.
Telemedicine: In certain specific cases, we are able to offer veterinary services over the phone or via video conferencing. By law, telemedicine requires a current client-patient-doctor relationship, which means we have seen your pet within the last year. If we feel your pet’s case may be a candidate for telemedicine services, one of our staff members will contact you with details. Please call for more information.
