In Hospital Appointments:

We are now happy to welcome clients into our clinic for all appointments and product pick up.

Masks are currently optional inside of our clinic.  If you are more comfortable with our staff wearing a mask for your appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to wear a mask during your visit. 

New Client Appointments:

We love having new clients and their pets join our practice!  While we are excited to meet new people and their pets, we have unfortunately experienced an excessive number of "no show" or last minute cancellations for new client appointments.  Because last minute openings are hard to fill, we have been forced to enact a new policy for new client appointments:
Appointment Deposits: New clients will be asked to leave a deposit in the amount of our current exam fee.  This deposit is to hold this appointment time for you and your pet and will sit as a credit on your account until your pet's exam.  When you arrive for this appointment, the deposit will go towards your pet's invoice to cover the doctor exam fee; however, if you do not show up for the appointment, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hours prior to the appointment time, this deposit will be forfeit and will serve as a "cancellation fee."

If you are making an appointment as a new client or have recently made one, we kindly ask that you fill out the new client form available on our website.



Client Cancellation Fees:

Established clients who fail to attend scheduled veterinary appointments or who cancel/reschedule within in the 24-hour period prior to their appointment time may be asked to leave a deposit prior to making future veterinary exam appointments.

Curbside Appointments:

Curbside “Concierge” Service: We continue offer “car-side” appointments for clients that find this option more comfortable or convenient.  Please call to schedule an appointment normally. When your pet comes in for their exam, please remain in your car and call our front desk at (760) 736-3636.  When you call, let the customer service representative know that you prefer to be seen curbside.

Telemedicine: In certain very specific cases, we are able to offer veterinary services over the phone or via video conferencing.  By law, telemedicine requires a current client-patient-doctor relationship, which means we have seen your pet within the last year.  If we feel your pet’s case may be a candidate for telemedicine services, one of our staff members will contact you with details. Please call for more information.
