In light of ever-changing CDC, Federal, and State recommendations regarding the containment of the COVID-19 virus, we have temporarily made changes to our appointment model.
Car-Side “Concierge” Service Only: In an effort to keep our staff and clients as safe as possible, we are currently only seeing “car-side” appointments. Please call to schedule an appointment normally. When your pet comes in for their exam, please remain in your car and call our front desk. We will send one of our friendly nursing staff members out to your vehicle and take down pertinent information about your pet’s history. The nurse will then take your pet into the hospital for an exam and any necessary treatments. After a thorough exam, our doctor will discuss your pet’s case with you over the phone, a technician will provide an estimate, and any necessary treatments will be performed.
Telemedicine: We are currently rolling out a telemedicine system that will allow us to provide certain services over the phone or via video conferencing. By law, telemedicine requires a current client-patient-doctor relationship, which means we have seen your pet within the last year. If we feel your pet’s case may be a candidate for telemedicine services, one of our staff members will contact you with details. Please call for more information.
