In Hospital and Curbside Appointments:
We are now allowing all clients into the hospital for appointments and product purchase/pickup.
Maks are currently optional inside of our clinic. If you are more comfortable with our staff wearing a mask for your appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to wear a mask during your visit.

Curbeside “Concierge” Service: We continue offer “car-side” appointments for clients that find this option more comfortable or convenient. Please call to schedule an appointment normally. When your pet comes in for their exam, please remain in your car and call our front desk at (760) 736-3636. When you call, let the customer service representative know that you prefer to be seen curbside.
Telemedicine: In certain specific cases, we are able to offer veterinary services over the phone or via video conferencing. By law, telemedicine requires a current client-patient-doctor relationship, which means we have seen your pet within the last year. If we feel your pet’s case may be a candidate for telemedicine services, one of our staff members will contact you with details. Please call for more information.
